Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us before returning the item.

30-day return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without first contacting us may be delayed or may not be accepted.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods.

You do not need to give any reason for withdrawing from the purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at dunauskas@hotmail.com and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us about your withdrawal.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect the item in the same way as you would in a physical shop. However, you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the item if it has been used or handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Returned items must be unused, unworn and undamaged. Please return the item safely packed to avoid damage during shipping.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund.

If the return is approved, we will refund the payment to your original payment method. For EU consumers exercising the legal right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at dunauskas@hotmail.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and offer a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.

Custom and personalised orders

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned under the standard right of withdrawal if they were made according to your specific request, for example a custom size, design, engraving, bead selection or other personalised specification.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. The fastest way is usually to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item once the return is accepted.
