1. Our products

We sell natural Baltic amber jewellery and amber items, including tasbih, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, inclusions, loose amber pieces, vintage amber beads and other handmade amber products.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, amber is a natural material, and each piece may vary in colour, pattern, transparency, texture, shape and natural inclusions. Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and device.

Product descriptions, availability and prices may be updated from time to time.

2. Orders

When you place an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods. An order is accepted once we confirm it and the payment is successfully processed.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting the order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or product information error, if payment cannot be processed, if delivery to the requested country is not available, or if the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the online store.

Unless stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in the destination country.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship from Lithuania to selected countries.

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures and circumstances outside our control.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

If delivery to your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the goods, without giving any reason.

In addition, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days from the day you receive your order, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and, where possible, returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the item caused by handling the item more than necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for return if they were made according to your specific request, for example a custom size, design, engraving, bead selection or other personalised specification. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If the item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at dunauskas@hotmail.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Custom orders and wholesale

We accept custom requests and work with wholesale clients. Custom orders, wholesale prices, quantities, delivery terms and payment terms may be agreed separately.

8. Product availability

Our online store shows only part of our full inventory. Some amber pieces may be unique or available in limited quantities.

If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a suitable replacement, alternative arrangement or refund.

9. Use of the website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, copy or scrape content without permission, use the website for fraudulent purposes, or infringe our rights or the rights of others.

We may restrict access to the website if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached.

Sales made through this store are made between you and E. Dunausko įmonė „PAJŪRIO KRANTAS“, not with Shopify.
